Jan.  1965   Established Daiichi Chuo Hakuyo Sobi Co., Ltd. in Osaka as a subsidiary of Daiichi Chuo Kisen Kaisha, also commenced sales and processing of ship's equipment and stores.
Jun.  1975   Renamed as First Marine Service Co., Ltd., having head office move to Tokyo, and commenced total general ship management services.
Dec.  1987   Increased capital to 150 million yen.
Apr.  1990   Increased capital to 210 million yen.
Nov.  1995   Obtained Safety Management Certificate (International Safety Management Code).
Feb.  1996   Obtained ISO 9001: 2000 (Quality management systems-Requirements) Quality Management Certificate.
Nov.  1999   Moved Head Office from Chuo-ku, Tokyo to Koto-ku, Tokyo.
Nov.  2007   Moved Head Office from Koto-ku, Tokyo to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Dec.  2008   Obtained ISO 9001: 2008 (Quality management systems-Requirements) Quality Management Certificate.
Jul.  2009   Opened Irifune Office.
Jul.  2010   Merged with Yaesu Kaiun Kaisha Co., Ltd.,
Jul.  2010   Increased capital to 220 million yen.
Oct.  2010   Renamed as Daiichi Chuo Marine Co., Ltd.,
Oct.  2016   Renamed as FIRST MARINE SERVICE CO.,LTD.
Jul.  2017   Moved Head Office from Chuo-ku, Tokyo to Minato-ku, Tokyo.
Jan.  2018   Obtained ISO 9001: 2008 (Quality management systems-Requirements) Quality Management Certificate.
